Our first prototype...

We are spending these cold miserable winter days working on our collection to be introduced to you all this summer (2010) in Wellington. Firstly we need to put the kettle on. Oh and warm that teapot too. OK. This is one of our first prototypes we made of a doorstop. We are very pleased with it but it may need a little bit of refining before we can say it is finished. It is a great weight and we are happy with the size and it is a very good start, well done Flora Gray. Is that tea brewed? We are experimenting at this stage and working out what is successful and what isn't, it isn't a bad way to spend a winter in Wellington, don't you think?
We are also excited by the embroidered "Flora Gray" at the back of our doorstop. Love the colour!
