In the Sunday Star Times!

At our Handmade class, Kim Knight, editor of the Sunday Star Times magazine came along to our Albert class and we were delighted to see that she put a pic of the Albert she made in to today's Sunday magazine!! Thanks for the mention Kim! xxx

Some new friendly MONSTERS !!!!!!!

There has been a happy accident at flora gray HQ ..... Gloves like socks tend to loose their partners. So we always seem to be left with a few odd gloves from making our beloved glove friends. So we pack these odd gloves away with our fabric, knowing some day that we will find a use for them. Hurrah we have found a use for them, the are ideal for using to make these little delightful glove monsters !!! They are gorgeous little chaps ! Dreadfully naughty, that is perhaps why we love them !! Hope you all love them too !! Enjoy !!

Handmade success!!

We have just had the most wonderful weekend at the Handmade event at Te Papa in Wellington. Our Albert toy class was a huge success with a Sold Out class on Saturday and a full class on Sunday as Handmade staff members and a Te Papa staff member joined our class at the last minute! It was such a success and we had so much fun. We got such a variety of Alberts with everyone's unique touch added to their own Albert. Thank you so much to everyone who came to our classes and all the wonderful feedback you gave us; we really did have fun teaching you and it was such a great way to spend a winter weekend! Here are some pics x x
